Debi Silver- Social Security Case Manager for the Brooks Law Group
DEBI SILVER – Sr. Case Manager, Social Security Disability. I am a native Floridian and have two wonderful daughters who unfortunately lost their father when they were very young due to a tragic accident while he was in the Special Forces of the US Army. My background includes working as an Executive Assistant for 10 years with 5 of those years working with the hospital administrator in a government-funded indigent hospital. This certainly provided me with first hand knowledge of the needs of the people and the difficulties that they many times experience in obtaining assistance for those needs. I developed a strong compassion in assisting those in their time of need and was able to experience the rewards that came in the end.
I have had the pleasure of working in the legal field for the past 15 years. I have also had the pleasure of working with Social Security Disability claimants for over 8 of those years with the past 7 years of employment at Brooks Law Group. Although this can be a very challenging area of law due to the complex nature of disability, it has proven to be very rewarding. I have the opportunity to assist those people that have, through no fault of their own, found themselves in a position of not being able to work due to their physical or mental conditions. It is very rewarding to have the opportunity to assist claimants in their attempt to obtain disability benefits. This reward is not necessarily in dollars but rather in knowing that I was able to play a part in assisting them with their case. I look forward to many more years helping those claimants in their attempt to obtain the benefits that they deserve.
