When someone dies as a result of the negligence of another, we consider that to be a Wrongful Death case. When someone loses a loved one, it is a sad and tragic event and family members are so burdened and hurt by the loss of their loved one that they don’t want to go to court or have to testify, or even talk about it anymore. We understand that burden and we have experience and ways to work through that with you to have as little of a negative impact on you or anyone else in your family as possible.
We can go against the insurance company and hopefully get a resolution that will not necessarily require you to have to go to court and testify and have to re-live that horrible time in your life.
Our attorneys have been handling these types of cases now for over 20 years and we have the experience and empathy to get you through this. We welcome the opportunity to serve you.
