Traveling Out of State During the Winter? Use Caution on Icy Roads in Different Climates

A Plant City man was killed in Central Iowa in an auto accident where the roads were very icy yesterday morning. Frederick Dean Cowder, 45, was a passenger in a vehicle where the driver lost control. Neither of the vehicle occupants were wearing their seatbelts and it was reported by the associated press that the car rolled into a ditch on the side of the highway, and the two occupants were killed.
