Serving Our Clients Really Is Our Deepest Passion

Categories:Firm News

Today has been a day for the books! Two different personal injury clients have reached out to our firm to show their appreciation and it is heart-warming nonetheless!

It Is Who We Are

Our firm has core values that support our mission statement is to “provide the best client experience possible” and we are held to that standard across the board. These core values include: impacting lives, integrity, teamwork and gratefulness. Although following these core values is expected from each and every staff member here at Brooks Law Group, true compassion for people is something that cannot be taught, but something that is deeply embedded in one self.

We are grateful to have a team of caring individuals that truly fight for our clients and build lasting relationships along the way. In these specific cases, the Thank You notes tell us how the case manager and the attorney, Charles “CJ” Laycock, went above and beyond for each of them:

“One more time, thank you for all the support that your office has given us…Thank you both for listening and providing for us support. We are pleased to know that there are still people that service the community in need.”

We would like to give CJ and his team a pat on the back for their commitment to our clients and for creating “raving fans.”

Today we are reminded that our work makes a difference in the lives of the people that we serve.
Today we are grateful to serve our clients that come from all walks of live.
Today… was a good day!

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
